SYSLINUX -> Syslinux
Adopt the moniker "The Syslinux Project", ordinary proper noun capitalization, to refer to the project as a whole. This leaves the all-caps SYSLINUX to refer to the FAT loader only. Signed-off-by: H. Peter Anvin <firstname.lastname@example.org>
