Merge syslinux/extlinux patch code and core code
Merge the SYSLINUX and EXTLINUX patching code and core code, removing EXTLINUX as a separate derivative. All the disk-based systems now use the same code. Signed-off-by: H. Peter Anvin <hpa@zytor.com>
